Picking up the pieces was a very inspiring book. He reminded me of my life growing up and what I’ve been through. I’ve been through a lot of similar stuff that this author has been through. I tried to put all the memories behind me. I’m not re-lived it but reading this book has brought up a lot of memories, but it’s OK cause I got through it This is a book that everyone should read it might help you get through your life and what you’ve been through knowing that you’re not alone there’s other people out there that have been through the same situation you have. I recommend this book I have met Marie and Mark and her family. They are very strong people and very pleasant people. If you don’t read this book, you would never know that these people have been through this they are the kindest and sweetest people I have ever met.. This is a very powerful book that I recommend that everybody reads
