These are awesome things if you need to attach heavy or structural items to an insulation clad wall. I fixed my decking to my wall with them and there is no movement whatsoever, and no damage to the insulation. I also have the piece of mind that I know my thermal insulation has not been bridged.Everything you need comes with them and there are videos on youtube (albeit foreign) that show the correct way to install them.
