Purchased in May 2020 so I waited a while to install and use before reviewing. In fact, I never ever have written a review on anything, so I'm rather motivated to get the word out on my purchase experience.I'll skip the purchase decision making process, as I am a deep researcher and the fact I bought this model from this seller speaks for itself. Shipping was fast and seller communication was outstanding- a nice surprise for me. A few weeks after receiving the light I received a letter- not an email- a letter further explaining some challenges other purchasers seemed to have, which I did not. The letter explained the software in the light that explained why there is a daily delay at dusk for the unit to get to full brightness. A feature of which I wasn't even aware.The light was well packaged, easy to take out, and very easy to install. It fit perfectly on the top of my 4-section adjustable height pole (make sure to check the bolt diameter for yours) and my ball finial secured at the top.From there, I just let it do its thing. Read and follow the directions.Since install there has been no malfunction whatsoever. I'm very happy with the brightness with which it lights my flag, and its light brightens the ground level probably 18 feet around.The price was very good, and even this long after purchase, I'm still receiving some follow up communication from the seller to ensure my purchase satisfaction is still high. It is.Based on my total experience with this flag pole light, I would buy again without hesitation.
