At finishing, each knife is heat-treated at 300F before it's cryogenically tempered at -250F, altering the structure of the steel on a molecular level, making it harder, sharper, and more durable.
PERFECTLY BALANCED Top-heavy knives cause hand-cramping. Our blade is a full tang it extends into the handle so it won't break under pressure and weight is better distributed. The result? An even balance at the bolster for that “feels just right in your hand” sensation.
