I received this as a gift via Amazon (not sure why that doesn't show as verified?) Generally speaking this light modifier kit is a nice addition for the Litra Studio. It includes what you need to diffuse and shape the light. The kit attaches to the light easily and feels pretty secure. It comes in a nice caring case as well. Everything is held together will simple snapping pieces and they fell sturdy when put together. The Softbox pieces are plastic, but the honeycomb and barn doors are metal, which is makes them feel more durable. The major problem with this kit is that the honeycomb piece acts as a spacer/mount point between the soft box frame and the barn doors. While you can mix and match various parts based on what you need to do to control your light, it's like this was designed that if you want to use the barn doors at all, you must use the honeycomb too. If you take the honeycomb out, the barn doors don't fit snug to the soft box. You end up with light leaks and the barn doors can slide right off the soft box and this makes it hard to use the barn doors without the honeycomb. You definitely can't mount the light vertically without the honeycomb piece unless you use some gaffers tape to hold it in place. This seems like an obvious problem that was just ignored in the design. It would probably be a bit of a pain, but Litra really should include one more piece to swap out that does not have the honeycomb, or redesign it so the honeycomb pattern could pop out of it's frame. If not for the issue of the sliding barn doors when the honeycomb is removed, I would rate this a 5 star product and well worth it, but the design issue is gonna be enough of a pain that it's currently a 3 star in my opinion.Edit: I would also not trust their (Litra's) website reviews, I suspect they don't approve negative/critical reviews, I posted almost the same review at the same time as this one on their website and it has never showed up. I even tried to submit a second time and the review never showed up. It's too bad when a company (that I do like) asks for users reviews and then isn't willing to post them because there are critical.
