This tent is exactly what we wanted. The customer service is excellent as well. I needed replacement filters and they messaged me right away and sent me a link to one that fit perfectly. Highly recommend this to everyone!!I like it so far haven’t really had a problem with it but at first I was confused since this is my first time growing indoor but I got the hang of it after a few days now my plants are growing good lol, the instructions for the air filter and fan has different ways for you to assemble it wether you want it on the outside or inside I put both the fan and the filter inside the first few days I felt like I didn’t have enough air flow and my leafs were kind of sad so I bought a little small Walmart fan for like 10$ and made the light timing, at 6 hours of darkness with the small fan on only and 18 hours with the light , big fan and little fan on and now the plants look happy . I water my plants right when I get home from work which is right after the light turns back on so throughout the 18 hours of light it can take it all in. I’m satisfied with everything it came with so farGood value and qualityThe tent itself is really simple to put up, but had to look up other videos on YouTube so I can learn how to hang the carbon filter and the fan. If only they made an easier manual or a company video showing each part being put together when you get to hanging the fan. Other than that, it’s a great quality tent. Love the UFO led light, that thing is so bright I thought I seen the sun. Had ran into some shipping issue but wasn’t their fault, it’s just The FedEx thing so I’d recommend they shouldn’t ship through FedEx. They were able to help me out by contacting FedEx and making sure my item was delivered after a few attempts and I thank them for that. Great experienceEasy to assemble just big enoughIt’s not 1000w lol but you can always upgrade your light and it’s a decent set up. It’s small. But great little startup!Very easy set up great way to get started! The UFO light I found to be a bit small for 2 plants, but the overall design and function is spot on.Overall a good item. Mine did not come with the scissors it shows in the pictures. Not sure if they were ever supposed to be part of the bundle. Is an okay sturdiness. There are certainly better products out there but for the price not bad. Inline fan and filter work great. Overall an okay buy.I purchased this for my first grow. The overall product is good. The tent is sturdy and there are no issues with the material that is used for the tent. When I opened the box I found a letter stating that the fan and filter will not line up properly and that the enclosed additional hose clamps are to be used to attach a piece of the vent duct to connect the filter and fan. This alone took about an additional hour to set upon something that can be done minutes. I then found out that the timer that was included did not work.I wrote there customer service about my issues and said I was looking for to how they would resolve it. I had three email exchanges with them. Very rude and unprofessional. They never apologized for any inconvenience and followed it up with asking what I think they should do. No apology was offered for the filter/fan or the timer. To this day they have done nothing.I am only writing this because of the customer service I received. I am thankful that it was just the timer that was not working($15) and not the light or fan. No idea how they would resolve that. If all the items were in proper order I would give this product a 5/5. I tried to add photos but was not able.Great product. Very little to no light bleeding easy to set up and use. Includes everything you need. I bought this kit because it included the light I already had 1 of and I use regularly.Timer died after one day and the fan died as well the following day.Great buyGreat product.
