I love this mirror!Its sleek design is a good look. The lights are illuminating enough for me to do my makeup & check out my outfit for the day.It does need to be plugged into an outlet.It was "cracked" on the back plastic sheet, but nothing that was damaging to the mirror itself or its sturdiness. It was just the screws attaching the back were probably tightened quickly and a little too tight.Hanging it was a little more difficult. It was hard to see exactly where the screw holes were when trying to hang.We eventually just hung the two screws on the top. By the time we got the top two in the holes, the bottom two were too much a pain to get in correctly without being off. It does slant out at the bottom where it's not anchored by the screws to the wall, but nothing that affects it too bad. The top two were anchored into studs and does seem to hold perfectly well.Overall love this mirror!I am giving this product 2 stars because when I received it the entire back of the mirror was busted up cracked and broken. The outside packaging was perfect and it was packaged nice so I’m guessing it was broken before they packaged it and they sent it anyway which was very wrong of them. If I didn’t have this experience I would’ve given it five stars the mirror is beautiful it’s heavy it’s sturdy and it’s something that I would love To hang in my house. Unfortunately I won’t be able to do that because the entire back is busted. I’m supposed to be receiving a new one but it’s taking a very long time. The tracking information keeps on changing and it’s making it seem as though some funny business going on but I hope not because I paid a lot of money for this mirror and I deserve to have something that I can get full use of.Sent the first mirror back because the description says"Short press the touch switch to control the color temperature change for white light, warm light and natural light" but the light only has 2 settings, and the backing was cracked around all the hold down screws. Sent it back, the second unit was the dame, 2 light settings, and the back was cracked around all the screws.2 different settings great item comes with burger style or hot dogVery prettyThe mirror came damage in the carton and I can’t returnThe back of the mirror was broken at several places. I had to tape the broken pieces back on, otherwise the light would have leaked behind the mirror. Also, the design of the plug coming out of the back in the middle is terrible. You'd think they would think to place it somewhere on the edges or on bottom. Awful product, steer clear.Makes my bedroom look nice, caution: when installing on the wall you need two people, it is heavy.
