My cancer center fitted me with an ABC Silhouette shallow fit prosthetic one size too small (size 5, which is probably a B cup). A replacement would have been $400. I came on Amazon hoping to find something similar.My size was somewhere around a 36C/D before my surgery. The Amoena size chart said size 7, which was too big. A size 6 fit just right. I wear this in a 38C Amoena Mara bra.The area near the chest wall is very soft - more comfortable than my other prosthetic. Has a realistic drape for someone whose shape has a bit of a natural droop. Comfortable weight, too - I put it into my pocket bra and forget about it.Edited to add that since my surgery, I've gained a little weight and now wear a 38D (a 36D would work, but I like a looser fit), and a size 7 works. I also went with a fuller model the 2S. The 2S just has a little more tissue/fullness in the top part of the prosthetic.
