What a beast of a mic stand. I feel like if I bumped into this, I would be the one to fall over. The boom arm can slide into whatever angle you want and the base stays sturdy and firm. What makes this the best mic stand for me is the brilliant positioning mechanisms. Loosening and tightening them is a massive design improvement from other mic stands. There is this one spot where the boom connects to the mic stand that has a narrow attachment instead of a robust one, but it doesn't seem to have any flaws I can find. I don't need another one of these, but I'm tempted to get one just in case I couldn't find this brand again in the future. It's just that good.
