This took me about 3 hours to assemble by myself and it was doable. Having extra hands would have helped, but in my opinion not required. I have a weird shaped area for my TV so I was looking for a corner TV stand. I checked the measurements of the top prior to purchasing and the legs barely fit on the stand. It’s a 65” but may be better for those with legs closer together or near the center.I had to check, double check, and triple check the directions as I wish some portions “zoomed in” to see the holes or areas that you’re putting the parts into. The glue bottle was a bit frustrating as either some would come out full blast or you’d squeeze delicately and none would come out. Not a deal breaker though. If I had to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. The little stickers seemed cheap at first, but I’m really glad they included them to cover up the shiny bits inside. I enjoy the adjustable shelves. Once I set everything up, I hope to remember to take pictures to show the final result!! For now enjoy my trying-to-configure-everything mess. :) as you can see in the before pictures my TV was on the floor as it did not fit on the table I had before.I don’t know if this TV stand was ever actually 300 bucks or that was Prime Day telling me I got the greatest deal ever in the history of deals like Trump used to sell his generic steaks, but I’d say ~100-120 would meet my acceptability threshold. I paid 65.The overall construction of it is good, not great, but good. I would have liked it more if it sat higher. It reaches not more than a couple feet off the ground but it was cheap so it is what it is. The frame and shelving in this unit are solid and a little hefty, exactly what I look for, and the assembly is easy, although the connectors are those screw locks that can be a bit flimsy until you get to the end and it all comes together. The back part is what I hate and I hate it in all these prefab furniture prices. Cardboard is not okay in furniture to me. Ever. I always end up making my own modifications with real lumber so that I don’t punch a hole through the flimsy backings and bottoms these “furniture” makers so cheaply provide. This isn’t my fifth-grade art project. So, for the price I paid, a 4, for ~100-120 a 3, and for 300 dollars, I spit in your drink.Late review: Bought this TV stand approx 10months ago. Works well then, works well now!- Delivery: Arrived on time. Delivered to my door (2nd floor in apt complex without elevator) so thank you for Amazon's great delivery service.- Assembly: Lots of pieces but nothing was missing & everything was clearly labeled. Instructions included basic schematics of assembly but it could have been clearer. Some steps needed careful examination of pieces and its directionality. Some pieces were definitely heavy and bulky so beware! I would not recc assembling it on your own. Took about 2-2.5hrs for 2 of us to assemble it!- Materials/Quality: Materials are not the most high-end but still very sturdy, not at all wobbly. I chose to write this review 10months in so that I can have a better assessment of its sturdiness. Been holding my 55" TV without any issues. No scratches from my pets or robot vacuum. The electric fireplace working fine then, working fine now.- Electric fireplace: One of the main reasons why I bought this TV stand. Easy aspect of the assembly process. Just plug in and turn on. The design of the flames are a bit artificial looking but I do appreciate that the flames can be on display without the heat. The heating function is on or off, no adjustments on level of heat. The warmth does not radiate far. It is really hot when standing directly in front but I don't feel it much when I'm sitting on the couch a couple of feet away. As previous reviews have mentioned, a remote control, or adjustments on level of heat, or changes in flame display would have been nice but to me, they are not necessary.Overall, sturdy TV stand with pretty functional electric fireplace feature for a reasonable price. I would purchase this item again.Hope this review helps.I don't usually write very many reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this product because of the great experience I had. First of all, the price is amazing for what you get. This stand is on par with many of the more expensive name brand ones you see in furniture stores. The stand arrived very well packaged in its box with no damage. All parts, including hardware, were included (I counted them) with spares. As others have stated in reviews, the instructions were very detailed and made putting this together very simple. I am by no means a handyman; however, my girlfriend and I put this together pretty seamlessly in just under two hours. This included about 20 minutes of identifying and correcting a few pieces we assembled incorrectly (while the instructions are great, there was one step that was a little confusing).Completely assembled, the stand is extremely sturdy and looks fantastic. I appreciate the small touches they made, such as the black cardboard that goes behind the shelves aren't just nailed or glued on like other stands. For this stand the actual wood has grooves built into them that the backings slide into perfectly. They also provide you with brackets to install on the outside of the backing to provide even more security if you so choose.I have received many compliments on this stand, and for the price, it's a no-brainer. It is 100% worth it.
