Final 2 cents after 14 days:For the money, it ain't bad.Fabricated 3 cross bars.I added a horizontal cross bar just ahead of the rear wheels and the other 2 other cross bars to the rear vertical tubes ( 1 just above the rear wheels, 1 just below where the vertical tubes intersect with the tubes for the handle bar), the cart stiffened up quite a bit. So, stronger front casters and the 3 cross bars made the unit what it should be.No answer from Costway on getting an extra cross bar.Day 1 Initial comments.Showed up on time from and well packed by GoPlus. All parts and fasteners were present and plastic wrapped for protection. No step by step assembly instructions but an adequate picture made the job easy. You will definitely need a flat head screw driver with the widest bit you can get for the bolts; a 1/2 inch socket for the nuts. The strength of the tubing is more than adequate for my 91 pound Tohatsu 9.8; however, I'm not sure for 315 pounds. With my engine mounted, it was easy to tip the handlebars backwards to wheel the cart over long distances; but also easy to roll the cart on its front casters. Great balance.I used it for the first time today to break in my engine; no strength issues with tubing.I got a 13 gal kitchen plastic garbage can from the big W, filled it with water, and that sat quite well within the structure of the cart and fit nicely under the lower unit. The lower horizontal support strut on the cart provided a nice base for the can..The engine was more than stable while running.Happy CamperMore comments after 2 days:After moving the cart around in the garage and on the driveway with my 91 pound outboard on it, a few issues. When pushing the cart forward using the handle bars, the casters tend to cripple/bend a bit and not swivel easily; upon examination, the caster frames were distorted that prevented the wheels from swiveling; however, if you tilt the cart backward and decrease pressure on the casters, it's better. There is a horizontal support bar just rearward of the casters. There needs to be an additional horizontal support bar located just forward of the rear wheels to stiffen the frame a bit and to keep the rear upright support tubes from riding inward on the axle; I will install one myself.I am doubting this cart will handle a 315 pound outboard; but, aside from the above issues, it is very adequate for my 91 pounder.More comments after 3 days.Went to the big M hardware box store and bought two 3" casters which are stronger; installed them and got 100% better rolling.Emailed Costway (the vendor of the cart) to see if I could get another horizontal support bar to locate just forward of the rear wheels to make the frame more rigid and prevent the vertical upright rods from riding inward.
