The lights are bright but idk about the waterproof part yet. They are over double the brightness of my stock ATV lights whuch makes me happy. Wired them into my highbeams so they come on when I flip the switch into hi beam. So far the only thing I didn't like was the short bottom mounting bolt and the mounts. I didn't like how they made the lights sit so high. So I didn't use the included mounts.
