When these came in, the screws were put in very tightly and an area near the screw broke when we tried to open the wood. I asked for a replacement. The replacement process went very smoothly. UPS came to pick up the broken set the next day. As soon as I requested it, they had shipped out another. When we got a new set, we were happier with them but there were still some problems. The screws for the stand were too long and would break out the other end. Also, there was a little scratch but barely noticeably. Lastly, I think the wood for the stand should be bigger so that it's more supportive.Besides that, the color is great for our furniture. I think the image shows them to be a bit darker than what they actually are though. I've attached an image that shows them to be very shiny bu that's because they are wrapped in plastic.
