With 1100mm (43”) clearance from base to cradle - this stand will cater for full size electric bass guitars, and is a breeze to put together with our simple 2-step build - you will be displaying your guitar with pride within minutes of it being delivered.

I bought this one basically because i wanted one in a black finish. i was extremely hesitant based on the price point but hoped based on the history of the company that i would likely be impressed with the level of quality. I definitely not impressed with this stand. For starters, i feel the base is small and could be larger in diameter and heavier due to the height. Second, one of the two holes that connect the base to the vertical leg was oversized and the screw would not tighten. And my last complaint is the holder that holds the bass threads into wood with a bolt thread, there is no "nut" that the threaded portion threads into. If you aren't dead set on a stand with a black finish there are many other stands that fit the bill for less money and equal too or possibly better quality.
