Nightmare. Costing me money to have all this wood shipped to dump. Came in 2 huge boxes. Schedule a pro to assemble. Bring all pieces in house, get to step 5... realize TWO huge boxes are DUPLICATE of part A ... and NONE of all the other half of parts. So needed 5 ‘K’ pieces... got 10... but none of many others. Part B & C are opposite walls... they sent TWO parts B ... No C. And they could not be repurposed as all is predrillled grooves etc. and all the ‘wine rack’ pieces weee missing. The weak boxes are flattened & unusable. Cannot ship it back. Weighs a million pounds & is in my kitchen. Fighting to get refund but will cost $300 for GotJunk to haul it away. Awful.UPDATE: Seller offer to ship out the missing box but that would not work as I had to get all these massive parts out of my kitchen and I wasn’t going to pay my handyman yet again when the next shipment arrived. But the seller did just message saying refund was processed BUT I’m out $200+ paying GotJunk to haul away. Bottom line. This is too much of a huge thing to mess up. Once you open up two huge boxes with hinges, screws, etc... you’re in it for the long haul.
