Our Founder: Greg Glebe discovered the the magic of woodworking as a child, designing and building projects in his basement. He's never stopped inventing and is always looking for ways to improve a design. Greg currently leads the team at Xylem (latin for woody tissue) with his passion for high quality production and lean-manufacturing principles.
