Received the light yesterday. First it had to be charged. It mounted very quickly and easily to my scope. Took it outside and eyes where lit up all around me. Peering through the scope i could clearly see a fox and many deer. I was using the green filter and could count the hairs on the deer. No hogs last night but I think I am all set for their return.I cannot say how far the light can reach out. The animals I saw where no more than 50 yards. I did not try further out yet.The light works great. The Velcro that comes with it is junk but that’s minor. The only problem I had was the lense caps have a hard time staying on and I lost one while hunting. I emailed Primos about it and they sent a new one for freeGreat Product for the money. Filtered light don't go 200 yards but the flashlight works further than that. Was able to shoot a fox within 3 feet and the light didn't bother it or give my position away. Don't mount the Velcro to a designed synthetic stock. If it tears off it will remove your design.I'm impressed with this light, it has excellent range (without a filter) and great battery life. Recharging is easy and the filters are good for their purposes though decrease the range. The two brightness levels is also a nice bonus.I wish the battery would last longer, and the 300 yard light only reaches 150 yards of useful light. My son has a predator tactics light that costs more but I like this one better bc it's so simple and light. I don't shoot over 300 yards at night so anything more expensive doesn't appeal to me.
