It was delivered in a cardboard box and came with no issues 100% intact. Opening the box I found everything in order, well wrapped and not damaged. I simply followed the enclosed instructions and assembled This canopy is outstanding. It's extremely easy to set up and use. We have now used it for a number of events and people rave about how nice it looks, how sturdy it is and how expensive it must have been. Even without weights, it stays in place well on both grass and patio surfaces. The multiple heights also makes it very versatile. It provides great shade and protection from the elements. It was the perfect color, it matched the chair covers that I got and it looked good! It was a little stiff to put together but I just thought it was cause it was new as other vendors at the event said their tents were stiff as well. It arrived in time for my event and I thought that everything was going to go well... Then I took it out of the box and the handy carrying case, I saw it... A huge crack on one of the plastic corners!!! I was devastated. This was not a cheaply made tent, and I expected that it was going to last a long time, if it didn't have a crack as you can see in the pic. So we put it up because I was literally at the event and I had nothing else as it was going to be 96 degrees that day. I thought that I could just exchange it, but it was sold out!!! So I had to return it and now I'm stuck with nothing, because the other one that looks similar did not have good reviews. I hope this color comes back in stock soon as I would buy again, but I have an event next month and as of now, I have nothing.Great for outdoor swimming pools, kids are happy to swim for a long time ,there are vents to withstand the bigger windsOver all its ok, it is really hard to open and have it lock into place. The top canopy is also really hard to velcro into place. As you can see in one of the photos, I can not even have the canopy completely velcro into place.The ad is very misleading, on one part it says that it has screens that can be removed, and the box says it has a half curtain yet it doesn't.Just a FYI, maybe a copy and past is not a good thing, you just mislead people.Not happy at all, I will give it a shot this weekend and see if it is worth keeping.Me gusto, el diseño es un poco diferente, el color y cubre bien. ??We bought this to replace the one a snow storm killed and Allstate insurance through Amazon would not cover the repairs so we paid to replace it...
