I ordered this item but didn't install it for 2 months due to construction. It arrived promptly and well packaged. One of the glass globes was broken, I contacted seller through Amazon and they responded back to me the same day and sent me a new glass globe. I had an issue with another of the glass globes and when I contacted the seller they got right back to me and sent a new globe. I suggest unpacking the entire light right away and take a look, just in case. I love the look of this fixture, it is a nice black matte color. It is a nice style, could be used in farmhouse, vintage or transitional style home. Globes are larger but look awesome in my new bathroom over the mirror. I hung the fixture first and attached the glass globes, then hung my mirror to get a good spacing measurement. My ceilings are over 9 ft tall in my 1926 house so it is capable of handling a larger glass globe fixture. I do suggest that you screw in the button screws that hold the glass BEFORE you hang the light. On my fixture there were 3 holes that were very tight and a little harder than the others, so it made it easier to do it beforehand. I got a super deal too, they had the light plus a towel bar, towel ring, robe hook and tp holder! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice matte black fixture, it took me over a year to find this one!Too long and does not fit our space. Having a hard time returning....We ordered this fixture in black and brushed nickel for two bathrooms. Both packages arrived with no broken or missing pieces. I don't know about the installation but our friend put them up and didn't have any issues. The glass covers are large, even though I measured prior to ordering and thought I knew what would arrive it still surprised me. One reason I chose this fixture was because the ease to replace the glass cups if needed or want to at some point (which I may do, not sure I like the cups this big). I had only a few days to get fixtures before installation due to having surgery I was not able to get out so ordering on Amazon was the only thing I was able to do. Hope this helps someone. Finding the correct light bulb too is a challenge as the glass is clear and I'd like the Edison bulbs but looking to find the correct color for our gray bathrooms is a challenge too.Everything is wonderful in this bundle, my only complaint is the toilet paper holder, the bar(rod) that holds the paper gets loose and tilts , therefore the toilet paper slides off and falls since the rod is at a slant… it loosens quickly even after you tighten up again, very annoyingExactly what I was looking for! One of the glasses was broken but they sent out a replacement. Took 2 days to get. The seller is very quick to respond!We got the combo of light, towel bar, robe hook, and towel holder! Everything looks so great! Was worried it would be cheap looking but definitely not!My only draw back is the tiny little screws you have to turn to get them put up with the tiny little Allen key. I don’t think I have ever seen one that small.This is was much cheaper quality then I thought it would be considering the price. They leave the wiring as if it is 3 separate lights, most lights, especially at this price point combine the wiring for you. Second, one of the globes would only go on lob sided, I looked at the top of the glass and there was something on it that I has to sand. All of this was a big hassle at the end of a bathroom remodel that i didnt need. It should be priced around 40 bucks.The light never came. It just bounced between different shipping warehouses. Very disappointed.Edit to say: When it for finally arrived, it was beautiful and relatively easy to install.
