Her career started as an in-house designer at Richmond-based World Art Group, LLC (2014). Her participation in this art publishing and licensing company greatly influenced her career because it gave her wide exposure in nearly every major retailer around the world. Throughout the years, Popp has explored the boundaries between digital media, such as creative tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and traditional media, particularly watercolors. These studies have beautifully informed her practice, giving her the ability to create the style she is well known for today. Some of her career highlights include exhibitions at the Anderson Gallery, Gallery 5, and Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery. Currently, Popp works as a Senior Designer and Social Media Manager in Charlottesville, VA.
