Review for the Product:I ordered two of the 3/4-inch thick 4x8 mats for an indoor gym that I sectioned out of my bedroom. I was concerned about the dreaded odour, especially since I would be sleeping in the same room as the mats, but read enough reviews about American Floor Mats and decided to buy. They had the product (thickness, size, colour) that I wanted, and they arrived within the anticipated lead time as listed. The mats themselves had the slightest length variant from the listed 6 feet, but they were identical to each other, which mattered more for my use. Moving the +80 pound mats in place was like watching a Three Stooges skit. Mind you, I was the only stooge moving them, so everything went as well as could be expected.Review for Customer Service:After going through the logistics of cleaning, measuring, airing out, cutting, and installing, I noticed minor dimpling on a few spots of one of the mats. I photographed and contacted the seller asking for advice on how to seal them to prevent further flaking. To my surprise, the support team said they checked with the production team, and they decided they would send me new mats. As far as I am concerned, everyone went above and beyond in customer service and I appreciate their communication and support.More like pink than red....Works as advertised. It did take awhile to receive this item but it got here sooner then they originally said it would.I ORDERED 3 OF THESE ABOUT A YEAR AGO..... I WAS / AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS PRODUCT THAT I HAVE ORDERED 2 MORE!!! THEY ARE SIMPLY GREAT AND MORE THAN MEETS MY NEEDS, THE QUALITY IS SO MUCH MORE THAN I FIRST EXPECTED,AND STILL THE SAME GREAT QUALITY ON MY SECOND ORDER...I GIVE THEM 5 STARS WITHOUT A BLINK!!!! Well worth it and was delivered before the original delivery date.I bought this for under my Peloton Tread since I needed a strong sturdy mat for noise and overall impact on my floors. It is amazingly strong and very high quality. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to use it for a similar purpose as me.I ordered two and they are not the same size but only off a quarter to half an inch. Overall high quality.Combine this 3/4" rubber mat with bumper plates for a nice bounce.
