I purchased this light in January 2012, It takes three 75watt halogen lights. Therefore it is very bright and very hot. I wouldn't use it in a small bathroom. In fact I wouldn't recommend it at all. This month, December, 2013, I went to replace two bulbs that I thought had burned out. No such luck. The center socket cracked and fell apart when I attempted to insert a bulb. It looked burned. The other simply doesn't function. The seller was promptly and helpfully responsive to my inquiry regarding the warranty. They indicated that the factory response was that the product was guaranteed for one year. Pass this one by.
