***UPDATE****This case has been amazing. I've now taken it on 5 different business trips over the past 2 months, 10 commercial flights around the country, and it has held up strong. I've had it packed up to 50lbs down to 35lbs and not one issue. Straps and handle are strong, all equipment has been completely protected, no case failures, no rips or tears, nor zipper issues. I'm not sure how it has a few bad reviews, I guess every product line has it's clunkers, but mine has been great. Well worth the price, a solid performer.***Original Review***Bought this case to transport my heavy video tripod, light stands, a 32" slider(in own case) and a few other items. Traveled from Denver to Orlando to Miami and back with no issues. With all items in, the case weight 49.8 lbs, and It survived 2 flights from Denver to Orlando and back, several long drives in car, being dragged around all over on site, and held together just fine, no issues. All strapping remained strong, handles had no problems. The inner case is lined with thick, hard plastic for protection, a little padding, and inner liner for placing slim items. I was able to fit everything in that I needed, snuggly, and it survived all travels without a scratch. This case is secure and solid. Weights about 10lbs empty I believe. ONE Caveat...there is no center divider, nor any dividers for that matter with this case. Wish it had those, but I have plenty from other cases I could use if needed. Well worth the buy. I do suggest buying a TSA travel lock to use on the zipper handles to secure your case during travels.
